Terms and Conditions for GameMesh

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using GameMesh ("the Academy"). By accessing or using the Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Services

1. Course Enrollment: By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the specified course fee. All course fees are non-refundable, except as provided by applicable law or our refund policy.

2. Payment Information: You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information, and you authorize us to charge the specified fees to your chosen payment method.

1. Prohibited Activities: You must not use the Academy for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes. You shall not engage in any conduct that may disrupt, interfere with, or harm the functionality of the Academy or other users' experience.

2. Respect for Others: You agree to interact with other users and instructors with respect and courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, or any inappropriate behavior towards others is strictly prohibited.

   
   

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

1. The Academy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GameMesh makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Academy.

2. GameMesh does not guarantee the outcomes or results of any courses or projects undertaken through the Academy.

   
   

6. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GameMesh and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Academy.

   
   

7. Modification and Termination

1. GameMesh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Academy or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.

2. GameMesh may terminate your access to the Academy for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
